By registering for any Alchemy Soccer School activity—whether a camp, training session (group or individual), or event—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk and Assumption of Liability
By enrolling their children in any activities provided by Alchemy Soccer School LLC, the parent or guardian acknowledges and assumes all inherent risks associated with participation. They confirm their children are in good health and accept full responsibility for any medical or emergency expenses that may arise due to accidents or injuries occurring during camps, training sessions, or events.
2. Participant Conduct and Removal Policy
Parents or guardians agree that participants must adhere to the rules, practice good sportsmanship, and prioritize safety at all times. Failure to comply with these standards may result in the participant's removal from activities without reimbursement.
3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or illness during an Alchemy Soccer School LLC activity, the parent or guardian authorizes the organization to provide emergency treatment if deemed necessary by medical personnel. This authorization is granted only if the parent, guardian, or other emergency contacts cannot be reached after reasonable efforts to do so.
4. Indemnification
The parent or guardian acknowledges that Alchemy Soccer School LLC, The 10 Sports Dome LLC, and any associated sponsors, coaches, or employees are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages sustained during training, camps, or events. Participation is entirely at the parent or guardian's own risk.
5. Media Release
Photographs or videos of participants may be used in Alchemy Soccer School LLC’s promotional materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, or press releases. Parents or guardians who do not consent to such use must notify Alchemy Soccer School LLC in writing at the time of registration.
6. Refund Policy
Alchemy Soccer School LLC does not provide refunds for missed sessions, behavior-related removal, or cancellation after activities have commenced. Exceptions may be considered for documented medical conditions or emergencies, at the sole discretion of Alchemy Soccer School LLC.
7. Modification and Termination of Services
Alchemy Soccer School LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel activities as necessary. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants and accommodate affected parties.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Alchemy Soccer School LLC operates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering for any camp, training, or event and by signing the waiver, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
